TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PURCHASE

Shreve Audio (hereafter "the seller") warrants, unless otherwise specified on the invoice, all items sold against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS from the invoice date of original purchase. Warrenty may be extended by the manufacturer if the item is new. The seller makes no warranty or representation, either expressed or implied, with respect to an item's merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Seller shall, at its option, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the item at no charge, provided warranty claims procedures are followed within the warranty period. You must notify the Seller within 24 hours of delivery of any shortage in your shipment. If you suspect an item may be defective, you must call the Seller and obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number within the Limited Warranty period. Have your invoice with you when you call. Package the item in the original or equivalent packaging and return it, postage pre-paid and insured, to the Seller with a written description of the problem. You must mark the RA number on the outside of the box. Claims without RA numbers will not be processed and will not be eligible under the Limited Warranty provisions. Boxes without RA numbers are refused on delivery. Please include a copy of the invoice which pertains to the claim.

This Limited Warranty does not cover failures due to misuse, neglect, abuse, improper handling, improper installation, alteration, acts of god, lightning strikes or accidents. Also excluded from this Limited Warranty are items which have been modified, or which have serial numbers that have been removed or defaced. Neither the Seller nor its agents shall be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, down-time, damage to other equipment and property, loss of data or any other costs that may be incurred. Disclaimer of Liability This Limited Warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to adhere to manufacturer's instructions and/or use by unqualified persons. See manufacturer's instructions and precautions prior to use.

Buyer's exclusive remedy and Shreve Audio' entire liability in contract or otherwise shall be the repair or exchange of any parts or software found to be defective during the THIRTY 30) day limited warranty period at the option of Shreve Audio. The liability of Shreve Audio to the Buyer, whether on warranty or contract, shall in no case exceed the cost of correcting the defect. In no case shall Shreve Audio liability exceed the price of the product(s) involved. Upon correction of said condition, all such liability shall terminate.

All exchanged parts shall become the property of Shreve Audio.

Returns and Refunds

1.	A fee of 15% of the product price may be assessed for any returns with a minimum of $25. Freight will not be refunded. All requests for refunds must be made in writing within 15 days of the invoice date. No product will be accepted for refund after thirty (30) days of invoice date.
2.	No deliveries will be accepted without a Return Authorization number.
3.	No refunds will be made on integrated circuits (including ROMs) and flyback transformers. Defective components will be exchanged for a unit of the same type.
4.	Shreve Audio will not be responsible for damage due to improper packing. We strongly recommendyou purchase insurance on anything you return to us.

Exchange Parts and Purchases

1.	When returning items for exchange or if you're selling equipment to Shreve Audio, you must call ahead for a return authorization number.
2.	We will accept only original, unmodified Apple and Macintosh parts for exchange. Parts with any physical damage, missing components or parts loaded with dead components will not be accepted.
3.	Software IS NOT refundable; exchange only for same type and version.
4.	Decisions of management shall be final. Shreve Audio reserves the right to reject any part for exchange or purchase for any reason whatsoever.
5.	No exchange items will be accepted after fifteen (15) days from the issue date of the RA number.

Placing Orders

Shreve Audio accepts pre-paid orders and Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal and American Express. Purchase orders will be accepted on a Net 30 basis from government-funded schools, universities, government agencies & departments or Fortune 1000 companies only. No Exceptions. All prices shown or quoted reflect a 2% cash discount and are subject to change without notice. You will be advised of this or any other applicable fees at time of purchase.
