The C-1500 offers MIDI IN and OUT so that a sound module can be linked to add more sounds and capabilities to your performance, as well as connecting the C-1500 to your personal computer for lessons, printing out musical scores and more. The Ci-9600 features the Korg unique TouchView graphical user interface with a large LCD screen. Sounds and accompaniment styles can be selected and modified simply by touching the displayed words or graphics. Korg has even provided a Help function that displays basic explanations on the screen.

The modern technology used in the EC320 piano has many practical advantages. You can practice without disturbing anyone by plugging headphones into one of the two jacks. For the high-tech player, the EC320 offers a connection to other MIDI equipment via a standard MIDI interface and it also has a dedicated PC I/F (To Host) connector for direct connection to a computer's serial port.
